Edit: Okay, looks like I messed up on the link to episode 04 of MegaMan. Some of you are smart and found the real link, but I have since changed it to the real one. Sorry about that!
Edit 2: Wow, it is very unlike me to make many mistakes, but it seems that I am full of them at the moment. I sincerely apologize for my errors as of late. I have been quite busy with another project and school. My mind isn’t always the clearest. Anyways, it seems I did indeed mess up on MM04, it has since been fixed, just re-download it and replace your old file or delete it.

Hi. I, um, not sure what is wrong but the link for Mega Man Star Force – 04 seems to be wrong. The file name that is downloading is Mega Man Star Force – 05. Thought I should let you know. I’ll check it once it’s finished downloading and let you know if it is 04 or if it’s 05.

Star Lin is right, the link for ep.4 is the same as ep5.
If you replace “05″ with “04″ in the link it will work, but there are episode 01 and episode 04 merged o_0
I tried replacing 05 w/ 04 however I gust got 05 again. I can’t seem to get episode 04 at all. The easiest way I can think to fix it is just fix the link.

Not really. PoT 44 already came out, it just wasn’t uploaded yet. MAR and PoT come out every other week on Toonami Jetstream. Well, last I checked.
